Terms and conditions.
These are the terms governing the use of the Quasor service. By contracting the service, you accept these terms. If anything here doesn't work for you, write to us first at privacidad@quasor.io and let's talk it through.
Honest summary: we give you a CRM for your real estate agency, with conditions we agree on in a meeting and sign before starting. You can cancel whenever you want. We don't promise magic: we promise a system that works, is maintained, and is improved every month.
01Who we are
Quasor is a software studio based in Mar del Plata, Buenos Aires Province, Argentina. In these terms "Quasor", "we", or "our" refer to Quasor. "Customer", "you", or "your" refer to the company or person contracting the service.
02What the service is
Quasor is a CRM for real estate agencies that automates lead capture, management, and follow-up. Specifically, the service includes:
- Automatic lead ingestion from Meta Lead Ads, Google Ads, WhatsApp Business, and other authorized integrations.
- Assignment of leads to sales reps in the agency, with automatic email notification to the assigned rep.
- Property catalog synchronization through integration with Tokobroker, to link each lead with the property they inquired about.
- Schedules of visits and meetings, and receipts and payment records associated with the operation.
- Analytics dashboards and conversion metrics on commercial activity.
The service is delivered under a SaaS (Software as a Service) model. Commercial conditions (scope, monthly fee, included modules, implementation timelines) are agreed case by case in a discovery meeting and are reflected in a commercial proposal signed before onboarding.
03Onboarding, setup, and go-live
After signing the commercial proposal, initial setup takes between 1 and 4 weeks depending on the level of customization agreed. During setup we configure integrations, import existing data if you have any, train your team, and leave everything running in production.
The scope of the setup (included or quoted separately) is defined in the signed commercial proposal.
04Billing and payments
- We invoice monthly in advance on the 1st of each month, for the amount agreed in the signed commercial proposal.
- Amounts may be expressed in Argentine pesos (AR$) or US dollars (USD) as agreed. If invoiced in USD, we issue a receipt in Argentine pesos at the BCRA (Argentine Central Bank) exchange rate of the day, or in USD if the customer has a USD account.
- Accepted payment methods: bank transfer (AR$ or USD).
- Payment is due within 10 calendar days of invoice issuance. After that period without payment, we suspend the service after prior email notice.
- Scope changes that imply monthly fee adjustments apply in the following cycle, prorated if applicable.
05Cancellation
You can cancel whenever you want, without penalty or minimum commitment. To cancel, notify us by email at privacidad@quasor.io with at least 15 days' notice before the next cycle.
If you cancel mid-month, you continue to have access until the last day of the paid cycle. We do not refund partial months.
Upon cancellation, we export all your data in CSV/JSON within 7 days and keep a backup for 90 days in case you want to come back.
06Our obligations
- Availability: we commit to a target uptime of 99.5% monthly. Higher levels (with signed SLA) can be agreed in the commercial proposal.
- Security: we maintain the standards described in our Privacy Policy.
- Support: we answer operational queries within 24 business hours as a target. Stricter response times can be agreed in the commercial proposal.
- Improvements: we release new features and improvements regularly; they are included at no additional cost within the contracted scope.
- Backups: we make automatic daily backups and keep them for 30 days.
07Your obligations
- Use the system in accordance with Argentine law and these terms.
- Do not use Quasor to send spam, illegal content, or to violate the rights of third parties.
- Maintain the confidentiality of your access credentials.
- Pay invoices issued on time and in form.
- Comply with applicable data protection legislation regarding the data of your own customers that you store in the system.
08Intellectual property
- The Quasor system code is ours. You have usage rights according to your plan, but you cannot copy it, resell it, or reverse engineer it.
- The data you upload (leads, customers, reports, etc.) is 100% yours. We never make commercial use of it.
- If during setup we develop specific configurations for your company, those configurations are licensed to you on a perpetual, non-exclusive basis.
09Liability and limits
We do everything reasonable for the service to work correctly, but like any software, it may have incidents. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the event that originated the claim.
We are not responsible for:
- Loss of commercial opportunities or lost profits arising from service outages.
- Incidents caused by third parties (outages of Meta, Google, etc.), although we do our best to mitigate their impact.
- Improper use of the system by users you have authorized.
- Data loss when you have disabled backups or modified critical configurations without authorization.
10Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If the change is substantial (for example, changes to pricing structure or cancellation conditions), we notify you by email with 60 days' notice. During that period you can cancel without penalty if you do not accept the new terms.
Minor changes (wording, clarifications, vendor adjustments) are published directly and take effect 15 days later.
11Service suspension
We may suspend your access to the service, with prior notice when possible, in the following cases:
- Non-payment for more than 15 days past due.
- Use of the system for illegal activities or violations of these terms.
- Threat to the integrity or security of the service for other customers.
- Judicial order.
12Applicable law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic. Any controversy will be resolved first through good faith dialogue. If we don't reach an agreement, the competent jurisdiction will be the Ordinary Courts of the Mar del Plata Judicial Department, Buenos Aires Province, the parties waiving any other forum.
