Delete my data.

If you want us to delete the personal data we hold about you, this page explains how to do it. The process is simple, free, and we respond within 72 business hours.

01Who this applies to

• You are a Quasor customer (real estate agency): you can request deletion of all your account data, integrations, and operational CRM data.
• You are a lead who completed a form: you can request deletion of personal data that an agency captured through a Meta Lead Ads form or similar channel and that is stored in Quasor.
• You connected Facebook to Quasor: you can request deletion of all data derived from that authorization.
• You connected Google to Quasor: you can request deletion of all data derived from that authorization (Google Ads Lead Forms leads).

02How to request deletion

Send us an email at privacidad@quasor.io from the address associated with your account or, if you are a lead, from the email you left in the form. Include:

1. Subject: "Data deletion request"
2. Your full name
3. Associated email (if you remember it)
4. If you are a lead: name of the agency you contacted (if you remember it)
5. A brief description of what data you want deleted

03Timelines

• Receipt confirmation: within 24 business hours.
• Effective deletion: within 7 calendar days.
• Exceptions: if we cannot delete some data (for example, billing records that AFIP — Argentine tax authority — requires us to keep for 5 years under General Resolution 1415/2003), we clarify it specifically.

04Revoke Facebook permissions directly

If you connected your Facebook account to Quasor and want to revoke permissions directly from Meta:

1. Go to Facebook Settings → Apps and Websites.
2. Look for "Quasor" in the list.
3. Click "Remove" or "Delete".

When you revoke permissions:

• We stop syncing new data immediately.
• We receive the notice from Meta and delete data linked to your Facebook account within 30 days.

05Revoke Google permissions directly

If you connected your Google account to Quasor and want to revoke permissions directly from Google:

1. Go to https://myaccount.google.com/permissions.
2. Look for "Quasor" in the list of apps with access to your account.
3. Click "Quasor" and then "Remove access".

When you revoke permissions:

• We stop syncing new data immediately.
• We delete OAuth tokens from our servers within 7 days.
• Data already synced to the CRM (historical leads) remains under the control of the agency customer; ask us by email for specific deletion if you want us to remove it from the CRM too.
